A valid photo I.D., drivers license or passport must be presented at check-in.
No minimum stay required.
Open all year long.
Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking allowed on porch or backyard). There will be refurbishing charge
equal to one night's stay for those who choose to disregard our indoor smoking policy.
Limitations on children staying: (Must be at least 5 years old and be manageable. Also we book stays with
children under 5 years old (when you book all 3 rooms).
No childcare is provided.
Please, no walk-ins!
Pets:
We welcome small, (under 18 pounds) well-behaved pets at the inn. Please call the innkeeper to verify the pet policy
prior to booking ($25.00 will be charged for each pet)
Credit card number required to place a reservation. A deposit of $25.00 per day, per room will be collected at the
time of reservation, with the balance paid upon arrival.
Check in time is 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Alla's Historical Bed and Breakfast,
Spa and Cabana is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us and last minute
changes or cancellations significantly affect our business. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests
for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. A last minute cancellation gives us
little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to do that for you:
If cancellation is made before 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged only $25.00 (service charge and
processing fees per room, per day).
If cancellation is made in less than 10 days, 50% will be charged per room, per day, plus $25.00
(service charge and processing fees per room, per day).
If you cancel your stay within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay, up to the first 3
days, and $25.00 per day there after.
We also have a policy regarding a "NO SHOW". There is a 100%will be charged for the entire stay.
We can not be responsible for any cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies or unpredictable weather .
Cancellations or any changes are accepted over the phone. E-mail or fax messages are not sufficient to cancel or
change a reservation.
Changing the date (s) of a reservation to a later time:
If you changing a confirmed reservation before 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged
25% for the cost of the room (s) reserved.
If you changing a confirmed reservation after 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged
50% for the cost of the room (s) reserved.
If you changing a confirmed reservation within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged
100% for the cost of the room (s) reserved.
Please understand that changing the dates of a reservation is the same as canceling and re-booking.
No refunds on early departures.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change.
Lost keys: Guest who lose keys will be charged $100.00 as the house will need to be re-keyed.
NO DRUG USE or heavy alcohol use is permitted at ANY TIME.
Open flames: NO candles or open flames are permitted.
